12:30pm:    Shotgun start & scramble

Individual golfer: $350 + 13 % HST

Half page: $300 (Include one dinner pass)
Sponsorship should be confirmed and advertisement should be received at ICCC by May 15, 2017.

 Advertisement received after May 15, 2017 will be published in the next year annual magazine
