   Speakers:


Ms. Christina Doyle is a one of four rare bone cancer survivors in Canada. Through this journey, she became a professional motivational speaker, a country music recording artist. She is a retired elementary teacher from York Region District School Board and her first job was to teach sign language to students with verbal impairment. She has since lent her voice to numerous TV channels. Christina is married to her husband Gerry and they have 2 children. Christina spends her time watching the Price is Right with her 85 year old mom and family.

Dr. Amitha Jocie Mundenchira is a full-time physician. She did her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto and her MBA University of Massachusetts. Her artistic aliases are Abhithi and VJAmitha. She has performed as dancer with different dance companies to large audiences including the 2011 IIFA Toronto. As a singer, she has released two original compositions. She also has starred in two films that are slated for release in 2017. Non-fiction writing is another passion - she has many published articles both in print and online to her credit including South Asian Generation Next. She has her own talk show called SPOTLIGHT on the same channel. As a physician, she heals through medical treatment and as an artist, she heals through primary prevention.
   
Dr. Vinitha Gengatharan is the Director, International Strategy and Partnerships at the University of Toronto where she is responsible for advancing the University’s international profile, institutional partnerships and key international priorities for the University of Toronto. She also has portfolio responsibility for the University’s engagement with Asia-Pacific and the Middle-East Regions.  Her areas of interest include not for profit board governance and policy and developing sustainable partnerships and faculty engagement in internationalization.
   

Ms. Nav Mander is a senior leader at RBC with close to 20 years of broad financial services experience, including relationship sales, leadership, and global strategy. In her current role as Vice President, Commercial Financial Services, Nav is responsible to deliver on the strategic business priorities of RBC which includes delivering an exceptional experience to clients. She has a team of 16 commercial banking professionals across York region working with business owners in achieving their goals.
