Mind – Body – Soul
Women Entrepreneurs and Professional (WEP) Committee of Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce will organize a workshop on Mind Body Soul. The workshop will adopt a holistic approach to educate a stress free living by focusing on all the key aspects of nourishment – the mind, the body and the soul.

Bavani Sivananda
Bavani Sivananda is a certified Classical Hata Yoga Teacher and Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She wanted to help bring positive changes to the world. This desire has consistently found expression through her volunteer activities with non-profit organizations those are dedicated to bringing health, social and ecological changes, and raising human consciousness through self-transformation. Inspired by her own health and inner transformation through adapting to a holistic life style and daily practices of Classical Hatha Yoga, she has created her own consulting business to help others transform their lives from inside out.
Binu Dhindsa
Binu Dhindsa is a Health Coach, Mindset Coach, Inspirational Speaker and Facilitator. She learned how food and exercise together with mindfulness was the secret behind lasting physical health. Entering the 40s brought energy, metabolism, and digestive changes that affected her lifestyle, and body. Binu has become a whole health ambassador, now teaching how our physical body is truly connected to our mental health, our emotional health, our relationships and our work life. Binu has a Master’s degree in Epidemiology & Biostatistics. She is fascinated in sharing how a whole health approach used in our daily lives can help keep illnesses away and help us thrive.
