Her Resiliency Ninja podcast is heard around the world on C-Suite Radio. She developed relatable, easy-to-apply tools to master resilience. Ms. Yuvika Wadhwa has been an inseparable part of the culinary industry for last 17 years. She is specialized in Hotel Management and worked for several Hotels and Restaurants in India and Canada as a Pastry Chef. She with her husband started a food business in year 2015 named as Protein Chefs. They are specialize in healthy, nutritious meals that is delivered from their commercial kitchen to homes and offices. They expanded in 2018 to serve across Ontario with a goal to serve maximum people with healthy, balanced meals. 

 

Ms. Seema Bhatia

Ayurvedic Practisioner

Ms. Seema Bhatia is practicing as an Ayurvedic Practitioner in Toronto. Having completed her Masters degree from University of Delhi she worked as Clinical Psychologist and Hypnotherapist in Mental Health departments of various Hospitals in Delhi. As a certified Occupational Tester and a Corporate Leadership trainer she did a short stint in Ernst and Young in Kuwait. She wrote a weekly column for Rashtriya Sahara, a National Daily in India, on Socio-Psychological topics. She is a proponent of Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle and yoga in our daily lives and is tirelessly trying to create momentum for Regulation of Ayurveda in Canada. She is committed towards the cause of health in Mind, Body and Soul.
