Vinay Khosla, M. Acc., CPA, CA:
Vinay provides small-medium enterprises with innovative tax and sound business advice. He specializes in tax planning and consulting on mergers and acquisitions, estates and trusts, corporate reorganizations and divestitures, creditor proofing, income tax appeals and other domestic and offshore tax minimization strategies. After obtaining his Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo in 1997, Vinay earned his CA designation in 1999, and completed the CICA In-depth tax course in 2002. An ardent presenter, he has spoken on an array of tax topics before law firms, financial institutions and various other professional associations.
Vinay’s professional affiliations include the Estate Planning Council of Halton, Canadian Tax Foundation, Halton-Peel District CA Association, Canada Revenue Agency Hamilton Steering Committee, CEO Global Network and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
