Panelists:

Jatinder S Bawa: Mr. Bawa is a Chartered Accountant from India and migrated to Canada in 1996. During his illustrious career, he has worked in hospitality, construction, retail and manufacturing sector. After immigrating to Canada, Mr. Bawa completed his CPA from USA and CGA from Canada. After working in large Canadian corporations for 15 years, he decided to capitalise on his knowledge and expertise, and ventured into his own practice. 
 
Manish Agarwal: Mr. Agarwal passed his Canadian CA as well as Indian CA. He obtained Bachelor of Commerce from MDS University in 1996. Manish is Vice-President Finance with Clearpier Inc - a Toronto based digital advertising business. He is start up CFO with over 15 years of multi industry, multi-cultural experience across 7 countries. He is actively involved with ICCC in membership committee. He is also a volunteer at Bharatiya Parampara Society (BPS) - promoting Yoga. Manish also supports the Mentorship team chaired by Moin Ahmed at Toronto chapter of Indian CAs.
 
Rohit Prajapati is a partner in BGD’s assurance and transaction advisory practice. Prior to joining BGD, Rohit was a partner in the transaction advisory practice of a global accounting firm serving private equity and strategic acquirers. Rohit is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 23 years’ experience. His accounting and assurance experience includes serving both private (SME) and public clients in a number of industry sectors such as real estate, mining, industrial and consumer manufacturing, hospitality, pharmaceutical, retail, gaming, and professional services. Rohit also leads a vibrant South Asian cultural organization based in the Greater Toronto Area with over 5,000 members.
